Our Commitment to You
Our
products have been exclusively designed and manufactured by our own
Production and Design Departments. We take great pride in ensuring
that the quality of our clothing is of the highest standard as SHUKR
firmly believes that you deserve the very best.
When you
receive your item, check it thoroughly for any defects and then try
it on in front of a mirror or get the opinion of a friend or
family-member. Only when you are completely happy with the product
and intend to keep it should you wear the garment outside or wash it.
Unwanted items should be returned in the same condition and packaging
that they were purchased in.
In order to avoid returns, please
check your size carefully
using our size chart,
which
explains how to measure yourself and what the correct size is for
your general body measurements and for each particular garment.
If
for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please return
it to us within 20 days of the date of purchase. The cost of
returning the unwanted item is paid for by the customer. However, if
you require an exchange, or online credit, the shipping charges to
mail the exchange items to you will be covered by SHUKR. We will also
pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error
(for example, you received an incorrect item).

Conditions for Returns:
Item
is not worn outside of the house
Item
is in its original new condition
Item
is not washed
Item
is in original packaging and has all original tags attached
Item is mailed within 20
days from the date of purchase.
If your return does not meet the
above criteria, please
submit a ticket using the “Returns & Exchanges”
option. Tell us which of the conditions are not met and we will
suggest a suitable alternative. If we receive the item in a condition
that does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the option not to
refund the item.
How to Submit a Return
Once
you have determined the above conditions have been met, carefully
follow the directions below to ensure a timely processing of your
return. Please be sure to submit a tracking number online as
explained below in order to avoid delays with issuing store credit.
Refunds are issued after the item(s) have been received and returned
to inventory.
1.
Place
a copy of the packing slip with the unwanted item(s) into a suitable
carton and mail to (be sure to obtain a copy of the tracking number):

Go
to http://support.shukrattire.com,
register and/or log in.
3.
Once
logged in, choose “Submit a Ticket”, then select “Returns
& Exchanges”.

Choose
the priority, enter the order number then select Canada as the site.
5.
Enter
“Tracking number” as the subject, then enter the tracking
number and courier name (i.e. Canada Post, DHL) into the message
textbox. State your preferred reimbursement method, store credit or
refund in the same textbox. Should any of this information be
missing, it may cause a delay with the processing of your return

Click
“Submit”. Your ticket number will appear on the screen
and you will also receive a confirmation in your inbox. Keep
this email for future reference. You can also check the status
of your return by clicking on the link in your confirmation email.
How
to Check the Status of Your Return

on the link provided in the confirmation email received after
completing step 6 above.

and log in.
Once logged in, click on "View Tickets” and click on the
ticket ID for your return.

If
the information available does not provide the answer you are looking
for, click on “Post Reply”.

Enter
in your question or other information in the textbox labeled “Your
Reply”, then click “Submit”.

return, please

using the “Returns & Exchanges” option.
Please include the order number of your return whenever applicable,
as this will allow us
to answer you more quickly.
Refunds
Should
you prefer to receive a refund, we will cheerfully comply with your
request provided you meet the return criteria above.
Please
note that we do not refund shipping costs. In addition, you may be
subject to a deduction for shipping. If you received FREE shipping on
your order and the value (of the items remaining after subtracting
the returned item/items) falls below $150.00, you will be subject to
a deduction for shipping.
Refunds,
are processed once your return has been received and processed by our
distribution department. You should expect to receive your
refund within four weeks of shipping your package. However, our
customers usually receive their refunds more quickly. This time
period includes the time it takes for your package to reach us once
shipped (from 5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process
your return (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank
to process our request for a refund (5 to 10 business days). You will
be notified via e-mail of the status of your refund and any potential
adjustments once we have received and processed the return.
Adjustments
to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.
Store
Credits
If you want to make an even exchange for size or colour, you can
opt for our store credit voucher. Store credit vouchers include a
shipping credit so that you do not have to pay to have your exchange
item sent to you (returns at a value of over $150 will not include a
shipping credit since the exchange order is eligible for the FREE
shipping offer). Other benefits include:
Your
price is guaranteed. In the event
your purchase was made during a sale, or the price increases after a
restock, you are still eligible to purchase your exchange item (for
even exchanges only) for the price you paid at the time of the
original purchase.
SHUKR
store credit vouchers do not expire. Our
store credit vouchers do not have an expiration date and therefore
do not expire. You can hold them indefinitely and use them at your
own convenience.
You can
use them with other offers. Your
store credit voucher is the same as cash. You can use the vouchers
in conjunction with our other special offers: FREE shipping; and any
other special discounts or promotional sales that may be offered.
Shipping is included.
Since your store credit voucher will include a
credit for shipping, you can take advantage of the credit and add
other items to your order. You will only have to pay for the new
items and any difference in shipping costs.

Once
you decide which option is best for your needs, please let us know
when submitting your tracking number. We will then promptly process
your return (store credit) once the verifiable tracking number is
received. Refunds, however are processed once your return has been
received and processed by our distribution department.
Exchanges
To exchange an item you purchased, simply complete the returns
process. After submitting the returns application, you will receive a
store credit by email which you can then use as payment for any item
you select from the online store. Remember, your price is
guaranteed. In the event your purchase was made during a sale, or the
price increases after a restock, you are still eligible to purchase
your exchange item (for even exchanges only) for the price you paid
