Important Eid Shipping Information
SHUKR wants you to receive your order in time for Eid just as much as you do. So be sure to order as early as possible and include any important shipping information (such as apartment/suite numbers, daytime phone number, etc.) to avoid delays.
Also, please take care to include correct credit card information, as incorrect or incomplete information will cause delays with processing your order. Unresolved credit/debit card issues may result in order cancellation.
Orders placed after August 22nd via standard shipping are not guaranteed to arrive before Eid*.
We cannot guarantee Eid delivery for orders with delivery addresses in Zone 4. We are extremely sorry; however we cannot guarantee delivery to this zone. Our guaranteed Eid delivery only covers provinces and not territories.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be forwarded a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number. Use this number to track your package until its delivery. Simply click on the link included in the shipping confirmation email.
