And they were even better because our clothing is worn for modesty and until SHUKR, she was having trouble finding any clothes that she could wear. The customer service is prompt, friendly, and helpful. They are always trying to better themselves, and actually treat people with dignity, respect and the utmost courtesy. They are always asking for ideas to create a better line of clothing. My only critical point would be the availability of the products. "I have purchased items from SHUKR on two seperate occasions. Each of these interactions has been superlative. The goods offered are of very high quality. Granted, the prices of these goods are higher than I pay for comparable clothing in the venues in which I more often buy clothing - these being Target, Walmart, Penneys and other such merchants. However, there is no real comparison to be made here. These mass-outlets that I mention are certainly inexpensive, but the clothing they offer is likewise of far cheaper quality. " Absolutely Amazing Store! What can I say? Totally impressed. Out of all the stores I have purchased from, this has to be the top store. Firstly, the range of clothing, a wide variety of clothing. Casual to formal, all very stylish. Secondly, the range of styles, very cool stuff, better than the boring range we have locally. Everyone has commented on how stylish my galabiyyas are, and especially the Zaytuna cloak. The price? What can I say? Here in Australia, if you could find anything, you would pay $90 per item at least, and the quality would be nowhere near what you get from SHUKR. Quality? I didn't think so, especially for an international order, but I was wrong. I received shipping confirmation on Monday, and the next Monday it was at my door when I got home. I was so impressed, I seriously doubted that it would be there in 5 working days. I particularly liked the fact that I received status updates. Overall, I have to say I am amazed. I didn't think that there was a store that sold good looking Islamic wear. Most places are so boring! SHUKR has such cool stuff, very cool. I figured there had to be a catch, but there wasn't. Ordering was fast and simple; updates were sent to advise me of what was happening; response to my enquiry was same day; the price is so cheap; the delivery was speedy; and when I received my purchases, and found out what kind of quality the fabric was, I couldn't believe it. After I queried if the item would be back in stock, I was told that it would be expected sometime in September. Finally, a wonderful alternative for the Muslim residing in the US. I had about given up on the very low quality products unfortunately made by our fellow Muslim countries. It seemed like everything I had ever gotten from overseas had some flaw, and not just minor. May Allah help us and grant us success. All this followed up with excellent customer service, I .e. clear, professional, and timely communication, and follow up. Well worth the price tag to me. And to top it off, that the proceeds go to support my fellow Muslims. This can't be stressed enough. Of course, nothing but Allah is perfect, and I do have suggestions for the Paris dress. If possible, to make the bottom more flared out a bit so as to be able to get a full walking stride without tugging too hard at the hem. I guess this is one of the reasons most of the skirts and dresses here have slits. The off-white is also somewhat see-through, making it absolutely necessary to wear a full slip if wearing alone. These are of course just suggested minor improvements on an already superb dress, Masha'Allah. Also, a charcoal gray option would be nice, Insha'Allah. May Allah reward you.
